This page is an outline and must be reviewed by legal counsel (including compliance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection) before the site is published. Who we are

This website is operated by TODO: legal entity name, TODO: office address. Privacy questions can be sent to info@opernix.site.

Data we collect on this website

  • This website uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics and no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers.
  • The site stores a single marker in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), opernix.enHintDismissed, to remember that you closed the suggestion to open the English version. It contains no personal data, is never sent to our servers and is not used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings.
  • The demo request form does not send data to our servers. It only opens your e-mail app with a pre-filled message; we receive the data only if you send that e-mail.
  • The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. TODO: define the log retention period.

How we use data

Data you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp is used to respond to demo requests, prepare quotes and communicate about Opernix services. We do not sell your data. TODO: legal basis for processing, retention period and recipients (if any).

Data in the Opernix application

Data you store in the Opernix application is governed by the service agreement between your company and us, not by this page. TODO: link to the service agreement / data processing terms.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data you have sent us by contacting the e-mail address above. TODO: complete in line with the Personal Data Protection Law.
